Lesson Attendance
As no make-up lessons are offered, a telephone schedule list is provided for your use in arranging lesson "Swaps" for any week in which you have a conflict or illness. This is your responsibility. You'll find that parents are helpful and understanding.
You may swap with someone of equal or lesser time than yours. Upon swapping both parties must alert the studio of day and time so that communication is clear. In the rare case of sudden illness please notify the studio as soon as possible.
In case of teacher illness, the teacher will offer two times to schedule a make up lesson. These lessons must be made up within two weeks.
